Project Runway Getting a Reboot ... Without Tim Gunn!

The good news: After a short hiatus, Project Runway is coming back!

The show debuted on Bravo back on December 1, 2004, and would go on to spawn 20 seasons and over 30 international adaptations. It was hosted by super model Heidi Klum from 2004 to 2017, and introduced the world to stylish mentor Tim Gunn.

In fact, for many Gunn really made the show, with his wit, charm and impeccable taste.

Now for the bad news: Gunn will not be part of the reboot.

Gunn revealed to People that he and longtime co-host Heidi Klum had been texting about the show’s return. When Klum asked if he was happy with his contract, he admitted that he was caught off guard.

“Well, I haven’t seen a contract,” he replied.

Gunn's agent reached out to the show’s executive producers. They were blunt in their reply: “We don’t want him.”

IDIOTS!

Gunn was hurt. “Initially devastated, then kind of humiliated,” Gunn shared. But his emotions have settled into a very pragmatic appreciation. “How lucky am I to have had the experiences that I’ve had?”

Once a class act, always a class act.

The new series will air on Freeform sometime in 2025.
