Google Removes Pride Month From Google Calendar

 

Big Tech continues to bend over for Trump, Google’s popular online and mobile calendars no longer reference to the first day of Gay Pride Month, Black History Month or Women’s History month. Although including them in past years, they don’t appear for 2025.

In late January, the company also said it would change the name of the Gulf of Mexico to the “Gulf of America” in Google Maps, because Trump demanded it. Google will also use the name “Mount McKinley” for the mountain in Alaska currently named Denali.
